Many perks require a code or enrollment through the Residential Portal. Log in to the portal and visit the Perks tab to access program details, discount codes, and registration forms.
Travel
Residents can access exclusive discounts through the Budget Business Program when booking with the Pier 4 BCD (Budget Corporate Discount) code.
Benefits may include:
• Up to 30% off base rental rates
• $3 rental credit for each qualifying rental day
• Access to the Budget Business Program member website
• Complimentary Fastbreak® membership to bypass the counter
Your BCD code is available on the Residential Portal under the Perks tab.
Travel
Residents can enjoy up to 30% off worldwide rentals with the Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) code.
Your AWD code can be found on the Residential Portal under the Perks tab.

Residents can access exclusive rental discounts when booking with the Hertz Corporate Discount Program (CDP) code.
Your CDP code is available on the Residential Portal under the Perks tab.
Health & Wellness
Residents can receive $2 off prescriptions for themselves and their dependants, along with additional savings at Lawtons Drug Stores and bonus Scene+ points on eligible purchases.
Participating pharmacies include Sobeys, Safeway, Thrifty Foods, Lawtons, FreshCo, and Foodland.

Everyday Savings
Residents can access exclusive Amazon Business pricing (up to 12-15% off) on eligible items, helping reduce the cost of everyday household purchases.
This program provides discounted business pricing but does not include Amazon Prime benefits.
To get started, register for Amazon Business and complete the acknowledgment waiver. Once submitted to info@pier4residential.com, our team will review and finalize your registration.
